Stamford Public Schools: Registration

SPEF Summer Start
Summer Start is a FREE 5-week, half-day program designed for children entering Stamford Public Schools who have not had a full year of preschool experience. It is a wonderful way to help your child build confidence, meet new friends, and prepare for the classroom environment.
Dates: June 29 – July 31, 2026 (Monday–Friday)
Hours: 8:15 am to 12:15 pm
Notes: Lunch provided. No transportation available. The program will be closed on July 3 in observance of Independence Day.

Annual Physical & Health Assessment Record
The State of Connecticut requires families to submit a “Health Assessment Record” before the first day of school. This document verifies your child has had an annual physical exam and is up-to-date on necessary vaccinations.
