Recibi\u00f3 una Licenciatura en Desarrollo Humano y Estudios de la Familia con especializaci\u00f3n en Estudios de la Mujer, G\u00e9nero y Sexualidad de la Universidad de Connecticut en 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Como nativa de Stamford, est\u00e1 comprometida con retribuir a su comunidad y servir a los estudiantes de las Escuelas P\u00fablicas de Stamford. Como ex estudiante de las Escuelas P\u00fablicas de Stamford, comprende los desaf\u00edos que pueden surgir al intentar navegar por el sistema escolar y hacer planes de educaci\u00f3n postsecundaria.<\/p>\n<p>Haley ha trabajado para SPEF durante siete a\u00f1os desempe\u00f1ando una variedad de funciones que la hacen especialmente calificada para este puesto. Se uni\u00f3 a SPEF en 2017 como Coordinadora de Programas, implementando y<\/p>\n<p>gestionar los programas de mentor\u00eda de la organizaci\u00f3n. Se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como voluntaria, coordinadora de programas y gerente durante varios a\u00f1os antes de ser ascendida a directora de programaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora supervisa las iniciativas de preparaci\u00f3n para el jard\u00edn de infantes, preparaci\u00f3n universitaria y profesional y participaci\u00f3n familiar de la organizaci\u00f3n, entre otras responsabilidades de liderazgo que incluyen la supervisi\u00f3n del programa de tutores.
